What is a final invoice?

The portal fee for a White Label account is charged in advance when a customer signs up or renews a subscription.

The fee for every created user is charged in retrospect on the renewal invoice or when terminating the account.

When you terminate an account, a final invoice will be issued for the users that you have had active on your last billing cycle.
