I created a static QR Code. Can I turn it into a dynamic QR Code?

No.

You cannot change a static QR Code into a dynamic QR Code because the destination URL of a static QR Code is encoded in the QR Code and therefore cannot be changed anymore once the QR Code has been created.

The only exception where you can update the destination of a static QR Code is when you are the domain owner, and you can redirect the URL somewhere else or you can update the content of the URL.

Please use dynamic QR Codes already in the creation process whenever possible.
